1) What are you most looking forward to next semester?
I am looking forward to taking my mythology and sociology classes that I am registered for. I have an interesting schedule with an array of classes from different ends of the cirricullum spectrum. It really seems like a lot but i think that I can handle it. I am on the home stretch now. Can't wait for Winter 2011!!!! Clinicals!!!!
2) What advice do you have for incoming Freshmen next Fall?
Keep your head up and don't let any time get away from studying. Stay as focused as possible for as long as possible because if you get to distracted, you fall very far behind and not be able to catch up. And if you can it'll be a miracle. Take as many notes as possible and refer to as often as possible. Never take your time for granted because it's all you have right now. Just keep telling yourself "I can do this!!!"And you can.. I believe in you!

Plans and ideas
1) What are you most stressed-out with at the moment? Why? Is your body re-acting to this stress? Devise a plan to deal with it. (Who do you turn to when you are stressed?)
There is a lot that stresses me out right now. I have a lot going on with my life, my children miss me terribly, school is really getting to me, work is getting harder to deal with because it takes away from my time with my children (but the plus side is I get lots of studying done). Let's see what topic do I want to hit?
My body really is reacting to the stress in a bad way. I wake up in the mornings (after getting very little sleep) and instantly feel sick. If I eat before I leave the house, I fall asleep on my way to class. So that is not an option. My class schedule is so messed up that I don't eat the way I should. Living off of gatorade, pop, and chips is not a very good idea.
My plan is to deal with the semester and catch up on my sleep when it's over. That's really all I can do. As for talking to someone, I really don't have anyone that I can. Every time I try, it either upsets the other person and htey stop talking to me or it makes our relationship very strained. So instead of talking I write my feelings down on my computer. Sometimes I print them out and send them to people, but a lot of times it's just my way of venting.
2) READ the following excerpts from last year's UN100 on how they approach studying and retention of information from textbooks. These are extremely successful and their grades are reflecting it. If you haven't cracked your Anatomy textbook especially, you are doing yourself a great disservice!
I really like what they had to say and I will try to use a few of those ideas in my studying.
